ADS provides supervised programming in a group setting for dependent adults, such as the frail elderly, individuals with dementia, chronic health issues, or disabilities (complex care clients as defined in the Ministry of Health Services provincial policy). It is designed to meet the needs of clients who require supportive health care due to health, functional, or social issues. On-site support services include light exercise, arts & crafts, games, nutritious lunch & snacks, while giving caregivers an opportunity to catch up on errands, attend to personal needs or take a much-deserved rest.

The Better at Home program helps older adults continue living independently in their own homes, and stay connected to the community, by providing simple, non-medical home support services such as: Light Housekeeping, Transportation, Friendly Visitor, Light Yard Work, Snow Removal
